At Nurse Ferrari, your experience matters. Each product is selected with purpose and delivered with care. If something is not right, we will guide you with kindness, clarity, and care.
Return eligibility
Because skincare and wellness products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, pending review and approval.
How to request a return
To request a return, email support@nurseferrari.com with your full name, order number, reason for return, and clear photo(s) of the product if applicable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review and help resolve it.
Refunds, if applicable
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
